Monk of the Four Winds - Unchained Monk Archetype

Elemental Strike

A Monk of the Four Winds must choose one of the four Elements - Fire, Ice, Electricity, or Acid. Once chosen, the Monk gains their own version of the Elemental Fist feat. For a number of minutes per day equal to 1/2 their Monk level, a Monk may charge their Fists with incredible power, these minutes are non-consecutive but must be spent in one-minute increments.

Elemental Strike grants a Monk's Unarmed Strike +1d6 damage of their chosen Element. At 5th level, and every 5 levels after,  the damage increases by another 1d6 points of damage.

Elemental Strikes replaces Stunning Fist, and a Monk with Elemental Strike counts as having the Elemental Fist feat with its benefits. A Monk who chooses the Elemental Blast Ki Power must use the chosen element of their Elemental Strike.

Ki Powers

Elemental Charge: By expending 2 Ki Points as a Swift Action, a Monk may recharge their Elemental Strike for 1 minute. This power replaces the Elemental Fury Ki Power.

Slow Time: By expending 6 Ki Points, a Monk of the Four Winds may double all of their actions. Focusing their minds and exerting much of their energy, a Monk gains up to two Full Actions in one round. This power replaces Abundant Step.

Unchained Monk of the Four Winds

Elemental Strike

A Monk of the Four Winds must choose one of the four Elements - Fire, Ice, Electricity, or Acid. Once chosen, the Monk gains their own version of the Elemental Fist feat. For a number of rounds per day equal their Monk level, a Monk may use an immediate action to charge their Fists with incredible power. Elemental Fist grants a Monk's Unarmed Strike +1d6 damage of their chosen Element.

Ki Powers

Elemental Charge: By expending 2 Ki Points as a Swift Action, a Monk may charge their Elemental Strike to last for 1 minute. This power replaces the Elemental Fury Ki Power, and a Monk must at least 6th level before picking this Ki Power.

Slow Time: By expending 6 Ki Points as a Swift Action, a Monk of the Four Winds may double all of their actions. Focusing their minds and exerting much of their energy, a Monk gains up to two Full Actions in one round. This power replaces the Abundant Step Ki Power and a Monk must be at least level 8 before selecting this Ki Power.

Aspect Master

When a Monk who reaches 5th level must choose an aspect which to gain. These Aspects are powerful and increase their strength as the Monk of the Four Winds pursues their power. By becoming one with the world's elements and its creatures, a Monk of the Four Winds is a force to be reckoned with. Once an Aspect is chosen, it cannot be replaced. In addition, the Aspect changes the Monk's appearance, but it is mostly aesthetic and a Monk may choose how much, if at all, they take on from their Aspect.

-Aspect of the Carp: A Monk of the Four Winds gains features akin to a fish when this power is called upon. A Monk with the Carp Aspect gains a Swim speed equal to their Base Land speed, as well as not receive no penalties for fighting underwater nor suffer Fatigue when swimming. At 15th level, a Monk may add their Fast Movement to their Swim speed. A Monk may also breathe underwater once per day for a number of hours equal to their Monk Level at level 15.

-Aspect of the Kirin:

-Aspect of the Monkey: A Monk of the Four Winds gains monkey-like features when they call upon this Aspect's power. A Monk with the Monkey Aspect may grow a prehensile monkey tail as a Movement action. The tail can grasp and hold objects, as well as be used as an unarmed strike, the Monk also gains a Climb speed equal to their Base Land speed. At 15th level, a Monk adds their Fast Movement speed to their Climb speed and may, once per hour, treat any Climb or Acrobatics check as if they rolled a 20.

-Aspect of the Ox: A Monk of the Four Winds gains Oxen-like features when they call upon this Aspect's power. At 5th level, a Monk with the Ox Aspect gains the Trample ability, using their Unarmed Strike as their Slam attack. At 15th level, a Monk gains the Powerful Charge ability. In addition, once per hour, a Monk may treat themself as being one size larger when using the Trample ability.

-Aspect of the Owl: A Monk of the Four Winds gains Avian features when they call upon this Aspect's power. A Monk with the Owl Aspect may grow wings from their back at 5th level as a Movement action, giving them a Fly speed of 30 ft with Average maneuverability. They may use this ability for a number of minutes equal to their Monk Level. These minutes need not be spent consecutively, but must be spent in one minute increments. At 15th level, a Monk may add their Fast Movement to their Fly speed, and no longer has a time limit for flying.

-Aspect of the Tiger: When chosen, the Monk becomes tiger-like in appearance when they call upon their Aspect's power. At 5th level, a Monk with the Tiger Aspect gains the Rake ability. When using Flurry of Blows, once per minute, a Monk may use their Rake ability as if they used the Pounce Full Attack. This ability grants one extra unarmed strike at their full Base Attack Bonus. At 15th level, a Monk gains the Pounce ability (Which allows full use of Rake attacks without limit, only if the Monk uses Pounce specifically), and once per hour a Monk may increase their Fast Movement speed 5-fold for one round as a swift action.

Aspect Master replaces Purity of Body and the ability to use a second Style Strike at 15th level.
